Just sharing. Thought the photo's a beauty!

Chocolate whole grain cereal with fresh strawberries. It was such a lovely Sunday morning, couldn't resist eating at the balcony. Bonus: happy sound of birds chirping and the smell of freshly brewed coffee (from our neighbor's).

Blue Marlin, cut into fat strips
Corn starch
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Egg
Salted Butter
Lemon

Mix the cornstarch, salt, pepper and paprika. Beat the egg. Dip the fish finger in egg, and then roll it in the cornstarch mixture. Deep fry the coated fish until golden brown.

To make the sauce, melt the butter and squeeze lemon into it.

Yummy for lunch!

Ingredients:

Beef tenderloin strips
Onions
Button Mushroom
Green bell pepper
Red chili, chopped
Soy sauce
Brown sugar
Red wine vinegar
Garlic
Tomatoes

Marinate the beef in soy sauce, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, salt, chopped chili and black pepper overnight.

When the beef is ready, heat the olive oil in a pan, and sautee the garlic and tomatoes. Add the marinated beef and cook until golden brown and juicy. Add the mushrooms, bell pepper and onions and leave for two minutes or until ready. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Perfect for al fresco lunch on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

Ingredients:

Almond-flavored powdered gelatine
Canned lychees in syrup
1 1/2 cups chilled milk

How To Make:

Bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil then turn off heat. Stir in 1 pack of gelatine until fully dissolved. Pour chilled milk into the mixture and chill until firm. Cut into cubes and serve with lychees and syrup.

Best summer dessert ever!
